1. Definitions

“Site” refers to velithrax.com; “Company” refers to Velithra.

2. Services

Velithra offers subscription access to our digital solutions designed to streamline operational tasks. Access is limited to licensed users only. Use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.

3. Info Products

Info products include downloadable guides, templates, and training materials. All products are delivered electronically.

4. Goods

Goods consist of physical devices or peripherals sold through velithrax.com.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Users may request cancellation within 7 days of activation. If the solution has not been used beyond basic setup, we will issue a reimbursement of up to 100% of the original payment method. Requests must be submitted via contact form.

Subscriptions may be transferred to another licensed user at no extra charge. After the 7-day window, requests are handled on a case by case basis and may incur a retention fee to cover administrative efforts.

5.2 Info Products

Due to immediate electronic delivery, all sales of info products are final. We do not offer reimbursements or exchanges once the product is downloaded, as this ensures content integrity and security.

5.3 Goods

Eligible goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Approved returns will receive a full reimbursement to the original payment method, minus any shipping and handling charges. To initiate a return, contact us via contact form.

6. Liability Limitation

Velithra’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, product, or good in question.

7. Governing Location

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
